Ying Hui (Kevin Tan) finds interest in being interviewed by He Yimei (Joyce Jian) after Lin Da (Duan Mu Chong Hui) tells him Yimei is not biologically related to He Yichen (Wallace Chung). When they get home, Yichen takes out a diamond ring, but puts it back into his pocket. The next day, Zhao Mosheng (Tiffany Tang) is informed the whole office knows about her and Yichen because Da Bao (Hedi He) accidentally told Tao Yi Jing (Zhang Nai Ou) as they were in an argument. Yi Jing hands Gu Xing Hong (Zang Hong Na) her resignation letter. That night, Yichen calls Yi Jing after seeing a sad Mosheng. Yi Jing agrees to go back to work the next day.
Yichen meets with Ying Hui at the photography exhibit he put in place for some of Mosheng’s works. Ying Hui continues to tell Yichen about his life in the U.S. with Mosheng, revealing a picture of him, Mosheng, and Shao Jia. Ying Hui also tells Yichen his divorce with Mosheng did not go through. When Yichen gets home, he asks Mosheng a series of questions about her marriage and divorce with Ying Hui, specifically about how they handled the divorce papers. Yichen has Mosheng sign a document granting him rights to her photography works. After telling the other lawyers what they should do while he is gone, Yichen surprises Mosheng with a honeymoon to Mauritius.
In a blink of any eye, they are there, and as Mosheng describes it to herself, it seems more like they are eloping rather than honeymooning. Mosheng is a bit nervous upon seeing only one bed in the room. Ying Hui receives a letter from Yichen’s law firm, suing him for showcasing Mosheng’s works without having the rights to do so. Ying Hui purposely has Yimei come into his office and ‘tell’ her he accepted the magazine’s interview because his wife is one of the photographers of the company. Yichen relaxes on the beach as he watches Mosheng play with the kids and rethink the scene with him and Ying Hui at the photography exhibition.
