No matter how Mattana (Min Pechaya Wattanamontree) tells Kamin (Weir Sukollawat Kanarot) that she is not suitable to be the future Queen, Kamin refuses to listen, saying it is not his decision, but the King of Raya’s. Mattana tries to bribe him again, offering 500,000 baht, or even 1 million baht if she is freed from marriage. Kamin tells her that the people in Raya believe that they will find their soulmates during their lifetime, and when they marry, the groom gives the bride one of his earrings, symbolizing love forever. Mattana tells him that this only exists in fairytales and not the real world. Kamin explains that she is only scared of falling in love with the Prince right after she meets him. Mattana’s parents wonder what Kamin said to Mattana, making her so obedient in reading about Raya.
The unknown gunman at Mattana’s birthday party is being punished by his leader. The leader scolds him for being so insensitive and stupid: not being able to succeed even when Thammarath (Trin Settachok) was only a few feet away from him. Akanee (Au Panu Suwanno) angrily storms in. It turns out he is the son of the leader. He is unhappy that his father sent a gunman to kill his ‘future father-in-law’.
Late at night, Mattana is still reading information about the traditions of Raya. Mintra (Kratip Chawallakorn Wanthanapisitkul) comes in and remarks how Mattana has changed. She says it would be a lot simpler if Mattana had a boyfriend, because a man in Raya would be looked down upon if he took someone else’s girlfriend to be his wife. This starts to give Mattana new ideas.
Prince Makey (Louis Hesse d’Alzon) is furious that Krenika (Praewa Praeissarha Pookawanuch) is not where he hid her. He asks Sintorn (Hem Hemmawat Nittayaros), but no matter how he physically abuses him, Sintorn replies he does not know. Sintorn gives Kamin a call to ask when he is returning to Raya. Kamin says it might take longer than expected.
It turns out the couple, Phokin (Thitinan Suwansak) and Bulan (Yan Runganda Benjamatikul) have hid Krenika, who is mentally unstable now. She refuses to eat, fearing there is poison in the food. Rumors of this reach General Witoon (Tapakorn Tisayan). Suthep (Arucha Tosamat) suspects that the King has approved of the Prince and Krenika, and thus allowing her to be hiding for the time being. General Witoon suspects this has something to do with Kamin gone missing for the past few days.
Kamin arrives early at Mattana’s house for her training. Mintra indicates her interest about Raya. When Kamin shows a video about Raya fighting, Mattana tells him she does not think she needs to learn about that. And with a switch of a button, Kamin shows her the Raya tradition where a man gives one of his earrings to the woman he loves.
In another part of the house, Akanee (Au Panu Suwanno) arrives with gifts and shows Manavika (Angsana Buranon) his savings account passbook and his property deeds. Before Mattana’s mom can even react, he goes off to find Mattana in the room with Kamin. Mattana is in midst of asking what if the woman has another love. Kamin says that is rare. Akanee comes in with a banquet of flowers. Kamin informs him that she will become the wife of the Prince of Raya. Mattana continues putting on the show, saying she will not be able to see Akanee anymore, because her parents are forcing her to marry. Mattana’s dad comes in to resolve the commotion.
Mattana’s parents question her ‘love’ with Akanee. Mattana fakes faintness and excuses herself. As her parents are discussing whether they are really a couple, Kamin is notified by Phokin that the King had sent people to follow Mattana around, and he can confirm that she is not dating.
Just as Mattana is about to celebrate with Mintra by going out to get good food, Kamin comes in to tell her that he will continue teaching her about traditions of Raya. If two men like a woman at the same time, they shall engage in a “steal the bride” activity. Akanee consults with his mafia father. His dad is ready to help him prepare all sorts of weapons. However, this is not a physical fist-fight. Rather, it is competition of three activities. Mattana discusses with Mintra and Haymon (Moo Poosana Buangam) to think of ways to make Kamin lose. They know that Raya is a country based on mostly land.
The first round of the contest: biking. The first to reach the finish line wins. Akanee has one of his people turn the direction sign the other way around, put large rocks in his way, and two people purposely obstruct him. Kamin fights them off and continues back, where he realizes the direction sign has been turned. He sees Akanee walking his bike, so he takes a video of that as he speeds past him. Close from the finish line, Haymon throws nails on the floor, giving Kamin a flat tire. He has no choice but to carry his bike and run to the finish line. He still beats Akanee in this round. Kamin even asks Mintra for a handkerchief to give to Akanee to wipe his tears, because Akanee expected Kamin to lose before they started. Hilarious!
The second round of the contest: wall climbing. The first to get to the top and rings the bell wins. Haymon had put oil on the grips and ropes of Kamin, making hims slip. But, Akanee’s people cut Kamin’s rope, making him almost fall from the top of the wall down onto the ground. Akanee successfully rings the bell, only to slip. Even without a rope, Kamin catches and holds onto Akanee. Akanee faints midway in the air, hanging from the wall. Although Akanee won, the person in charge informs everyone that there are signs of oil and the rope being cut.
Instead of putting the contest at a rest so no one else gets injured, Mattana insists on finishing so someone wins. Mattana promises that if she loses, she will follow him back to Raya and marry the Prince. Kamin takes a video of this before they begin the last round.
The third and last round of the contest: diving 50 meters underwater to obtain a box. The first to come back onto the water surface wins. Swimming and diving is one of Mattana’s hobbies, so she has full confidence in herself. Haymon instructs them that Mattana’s box is yellow and Kamin’s box is orange. Both of them find their boxes, but Kamin’s box is locked and chained. Mattana snatches hers and is about to swim back up when she hits her head on a buoy. Seeing Mattana in an unconscious position, Kamin rescues her instead.
Once back on land, Haymon accuses Kamin of making Mattana unconscious underwater. Mattana tells him that is not the case. They ask how Kamin is able to dive. He tells them it is because all Raya royal bodyguards go through multiple areas of training. He wanted to back out before because he has not dived in a long time. Just when Mattana suggests they compete until there is a winner, Kamin pulls out the orange box he somehow unchained and unlocked from underwater.
Shifting to Raya, Prince Makey questions Chawan (Bon Chernyim) where Krenika is. At this time, Prince Makey receives an anonymous text message telling him that Krenika is at Phokin and Bulan’s place of residence. He rushes there to see Krenika in an unable state. She does not even realize that Prince Makey is the prince. Prince Makey thinks this is the doing of his father.
As Queen Sawitri (Kaew Apiradee) is asking King Inthra (Toon Hiransap) where Kamin is, Prince Makey angrily storms in and asks his father why he did such a thing. Phokin and Sintorn come in, trying to say the King was not the one behind this, but General Witoon comes in, making them uneasy to say who the masked man was. King Inthra insures them that he will take good care of Prince Makey’s earring and tells General Witoon to put their focus to finding who injured Krenika instead. Just outside the room, Prince Makey tells Queen Sawitri he hates his father for doing such a thing. His mother tells him it has nothing to do with the king, it must be Kamin’s doings. General Witoon tells Queen Sawitri they must make plans so that Kamin does not succeed in brainwashing Prince Makey.
Back to Thailand, Kamin tells Mattana to get a good night of rest. Her training will resume tomorrow. Mintra discloses to Kamin that they are both orphans and are willing to sacrifice their lives to repay the ones who brought them up. Kamin is glad to know that there is one person who understands him in the world. Manavika calls Mintra to her room, showing her a clip of Kamin biking on the nails. She once again tells Mintra that she only believes in her to guide Mattana. Mintra is looking out the window, crying, when Haymon comes in. Mintra complains that no matter how hard they try, they are still unsatisfied. Haymon tells her they must not give up to help Mattana.
Phokin informs Kamin about King Inthra’s ailing health, asking when he will bring Mattana back to Raya. Kamin says she is not ready for all the duties yet. Phokin hangs up, seeing Queen Sawitri is making her way there. Queen Sawitri finds the earring in a glass box, underneath the King’s pillow.
The next morning, Mattana, for once is seated and eating breakfast before her mom. Training begins with Kamin. Kamin tells her to smile, and best if her eyes smile as well. She must sit straight up and not plop down. Kamin instructs her to sit like that until he comes back. Two hours later, Mattana decides to get up and leave. She wobbles as she stands up and Kamin catches her. They look at each other’s eyes. Kamin tells her it is common for ladies in Raya to sit in the same pose for hours, just like how guards have to stand with guns for hours.
When Kamin steps away to answer a phone call, Mintra tells Mattana that something has gone with with her dad’s hotel. There are people protesting outside the hotel site, saying they cannot use farmers’ land to make money. Mattana’s dad instructs no one to leave the house, fearing the protesters might take action in harming them. Mattana insists on leaving, so Kamin has no choice but to follow her.
Chawan is offering all sorts of food from different cities to Prince Makey, but he refuses to eat any. He even stuffs a hot steamed bun into Chawan’s mouth. When Hareutai (Tubtim Anyarin Terathanapat) comes in with persimmons, Prince Makey tells her he hates those, even though he does not. Chawan excuses himself to cool his mouth. At this time, Prince Makey calls for Chawan, but since he is not there, Hareutai goes to Prince Makey’s room instead, telling him her mom instructed her to take care of the Prince. Prince Makey scares her away by trying to force her in bed, resulting in her running away. She drops her shawl and necklace, which Sintorn picks up.
Meanwhile in Thailand, Kamin and Mattana arrives to the protesters. Once they see her, they angrily try to get her to come out of the car. Kamin keeps telling Mattana not to do so; she must remember she is the future queen and must account for her own safety. In the midst of debating whether to go out of the car or not, a furious protester smashes the car window, with Kamin turning around to shield Mattana from the shattered glass.
Mattana is a very competitive person, as one can see from this episode. Although she instructs Haymon to be tricky so that Kamin would lose, Kamin was extremely lucky and won in ways they never thought possible. And even though Mattana agreed to the training, it was only because she did not want Kamin to think she would give up without trying.
