Eight years ago, we stopped celebrating our wedding anniversaries. Six years ago, he said he had to work on my birthday. On his birthday, he went out with his friends. We have not been intimate since four years ago. Last year, he kicked me out to sleep in the living room. All my life, I just wanted to get married and have kids. But, up until now, I have not been able to have children. I only want him to love me. Do you know, after I promised to help him, he’s treated me differently? He embraces me while he sleeps. While walking on the streets, he will hold my hand. When he talks to me, he will look at me and smile. But I feel bad and ironic. Every day, I ask myself, why am I betraying my friends for myself?
