Episode 31: Holiday (Fala Chan)
“You know how to care about me now? Aren’t you afraid of what others are going to say? Aren’t you keeping a distance from me? I assure you I will keep a distance from you from now on. STOP! Don’t pass this line. From now on, we have our own boundaries. If there’s really nothing, how come you have to avoid me? Samuel Tong, you tell me, is there really nothing between us?”
-Holiday (Fala Chan) is rather annoyed of why Sam (Francis Ng) is keeping a distance from her, and even avoiding her at times. The truth is that Sam does not want others to think Holiday receives special help, but that her success comes from her hard work. After Holiday asks Sam, he finally admits that because he knows there is something between the two of them, he wants to wait it out to see if his feelings are true.
Episode 32: Sam (Francis Ng)
“Because airplanes are quite direct as well. Airplanes will do whatever you tell them to do. But, people are different. Sometimes, when you tell someone something, they might have mistaken it. And even if they received it, they might be against what you are telling them to do. People are more complex. At least there are calculations behind the airplane. But, with people, there are no calculations. I am a person who is afraid of being wrong.”
-Sam (Francis Tong), Holiday (Fala Chan), and the other cadets arrive in London for their training. Towards the end of their training, Holiday brings Sam to where she often went to on field trips as a child. In one of the Roman bathhouses, the two can no longer hold their emotions and feelings towards one another. Sam is worried that he has miscalculated [Holiday and himself]. But Holiday assures him that they are correct.
Episode 33: Summer (Myolie Wu)
“That year, my brother went to join the air force. I sat next to the door and waited for him. That wait was more than 10 years. He never came back. I don’t know why I fell in love with fixing airplanes. This is the men’s world; having to carry heavy items, prone to injury and getting dirty. But because I am a girl, if others need 10 points, I need 12 points for full score. But, later, I finally realized why I am so in love with fixing airplanes. It’s because I feel that if I can take care of planes, I am taking care of my brother. I regret talking to him again because I don’t want to lose him again!”
-On a voluntary mission, Jayden (Chilam Cheung) is reported missing. Everyone is worried about him, especially his sister Summer (Myolie Wu). She says she does not want to lose him again, like she did ten years ago. She finally breaks down after Issac (Ron Ng) comforts her. Thankfully, Jayden returns safely.
Episode 34: Coco (Nancy Wu)
“Before, Nick called me. I didn’t dare to tell him my situation now. He treats me so well, even after we broke up. Why did I give up such a good boyfriend? I feel so stupid! Sam already reminded me that I would regret, but I thought I could face the consequences. But he is correct. I really regret it now! I feel so stupid!”
-Coco (Nancy Wu) flew to Sanya to visit her friends Colby (Candance Chiu) and Victor (Stephen Wong). But to her surprise, they both disappeared when Victor’s cancer got worst. This led Coco to regret her decision as a surrogate mother to their baby. Jim Jim (Him Law) comforts her. Luckily, Colby sends her another text later on saying Victor’s condition is better.
Episode 35: Jayden (Chilam Cheung)
“Over the years, there seemed to have many passerbys in my life. But, you are the only passerby that has remained in my life. You left the bangle in France thinking I was your new beginning. I helped you unlock it. I will lock it on you today. They say you don’t know how much you love a person, even if you see him/her with another person. I finally understand now.”
-When Jayden (Chilam Cheung) and Holiday (Fala Chan) arrive to a destination in Taiwan and Jayden tells Holiday that he still loves her, but Holiday tells him she has moved on. She broke up with him because after Sam (Francis Ng) told him the story of Zoe and him in Taiwan last time, it made her realize that Jayden was only a substitute for her ex-boyfriend Daniel. Jayden finally gives up when she sees Sam and Holiday hugging.
